When I first received a call from Cross Country Bank, I was very reluctant to work with them, since I never heard of them and because they were a company that worked outside my area, however after transferring my call to Brandon Lay, and speaking with him, I started to feel a tad bit more comfortable; where it allowed me to allow him to talk to me a little bit more about the rates of refinancing. David Kalicki was also helpfull in responding to my question and concerns. This whole experance was smooth and stress free. All document were explained and any question I had were answered and full explanitions in detail were given. I would highly recommend Brandon to handle anyones financing.

I came into contact with Brandon via a call on my way home from work. I have had many calls from mortgage lenders (usually very annoying) but Brandon and Cross Country seemed much more professional. I gave Brandon the info he needed and he very promptly got the paperwork and details arranged and start to finish I had a refinanced mortgage in just one month! I highly recommend him to others looking to get or refi a home! Five Stars!!!!!

Brandon was awesome to work with in getting my refi done. Very straight shooter! Found a really good rate for me and was able to lower my mortgage insurance in the process.
