First time home buyer i was nervous at first, Talked to Brandon he explained everything I needed to know and Answer all my questions, he made this process go so easy . Everytime i had a question he was always fast at responding and making it clear for me to understand. I Will 100% recommend Brandon to anyone of my family and friends.

Brandon Lay is prob the most professional person I’ve ever worked with. Since the first day the process started, Brandon was courteous and worked very efficiently. I can't say enough great things about Brandon Lay and CrossCountry Mortgage. The process was easy and stress-free which was something I was concerned about with a new baby on the way. Brandon was always available for a quick call or text to answer questions. We were able to reduce the term and amount of our mortgage each month helping us get closer to our long-term financial goals!

I came into the home buying process with zero experience. Brandon was extremely helpful with explaining everything super throughly. If I had any questions at all he made sure to answer them plus more. He was available all times of the day which was extremely helpful. When I first contacted Brandon about starting the process to buy a home I told him that I had no knowledge of home buying this being my first time and Brandon immediately went into specifics and detail on what not only I needed to do but what he would do as well. My wife and I embarked on the home buying adventure earlier this year. We had a strict timeline to buy in a competitive market. A hot market can make the home buying process a bit stressful. When introduced to Brandon, the process became more manageable. Brandon responds promptly, very respectful, and is very attentive. His communication made a new process understandable. Brandon was great to work with. I had multiple options for financing and he was very patient and proactive about going through all of my options. On top of that he was very responsive. I was able to get ahold of him at any point during the process which is very important. I would highly recommend Brandon to any home buyer.
