First request was responded to, promising a work order would be submitted. The second and third were not. The problem still existed two days ago. Getting no response feels like a "we don't care" message.

Maintenance and management doesn’t address all issues. They do halfway work and leave the smaller problems which turn into bigger problems.

They came quickly but the refrigerator is still kind of loud and runs forever when the fan comes on. Was it fixed?
