I still see mice every day. The maintenance guy put something to close the hole in the bedroom but the mouse come out at in the bedroom. The maintenance guy should check were the heater in the bedroom. They should use something to close the hole like form that close the hole in the bedroom. Every area in the bedroom

I reported the heater is not working and I have to reported again because I didn’t have solution yet , today the heater still not working have been 2 weeks since my first report

First request was responded to, promising a work order would be submitted. The second and third were not. The problem still existed two days ago. Getting no response feels like a "we don't care" message.

Maintenance and management doesn’t address all issues. They do halfway work and leave the smaller problems which turn into bigger problems.
