Took care of the issue! Replaced the disposal, was respectful of my things, and cleaned up his mess! Very grateful! Didn’t know the “no caller ID” was maintenance tho or I would have answered sooner! No complaints from me tho!Â

My smoke detector was beeping incessantly starting very late in the day. The person in the office said she'd send someone even though it was late. A couple of hours later, Gil showed up and replaced the unit, which was defective. I was pleased that the problem was solved so quickly at so late an hour!Â
