Explain to me how you ever sell any vehicles when you're selling "as is", with no warranty, no price haggling, and won't even let customers take the vehicle for a test drive other than around the parking lot?! Crappy salesman who really didn't care if we walked away... We made an appointment to view a specific vehicle the day before our trip out there. bought a 2007 Subaru Impreza not too long ago with 80,000 miles. Went roughly 100 miles until engine light flashed on and off and starting misfiring and left me stranded. Mechanics say its time for a new engine! Thanks Auto Mall for not doing a thing about it and making one pissed off college student!! Would not suggest this place if you want a running vehicle that will last
After four contacts with this dealership, it has been very unsatisfactory. Staff was less than friendly. Requests for information by email and phone were unanswered. Being a diehard GM fan for 40 years, I will be contacting general motors and report this dealership.
