I have dealt with this service department twice now. First time, my car has had a P0420 code on for quite some time. My car finally was just dead when I went to leave from work. I got a ride home and we ended up dropping my car off at the Auto mall to have it checked out as I only work down the road. I was told the battery was dead and it had a lot of codes that were cleared out. Fine, get a new battery, "Will this fix the code that keeps making my check engine light comes on?" I do not recommend this dealer to anyone as they do not stand behind their sale! Currently my 72 year old mother is stuck at her house with a 2015 Malibu that was brought home yesterday that is dead as it sits. They refuse to tow it back from Westmoreland to Brattleboro to fix the problem and have told my 72 year old mom it’s her problem and to use her AAA coverage to have it towed. Great customer service. I brought my truck to gm for a recall. I also mentioned about a noise with the steering wheel. I was told the recall was “ done” but I have no idea if it was actually done. Ever since they did whatever to the ecu the truck has had nothing but issues. I also was told doing the reflash works fix the issue with the steering wheel and that the tech that worked on it didn’t hear any noise. I heard it as soon as I picked up the truck. My boyfriend and I went in one Saturday to look at a truck. The one he wanted to look at was on hold by someone else. We told our sales rep what we were looking for and how much per month we could spend. They showed us two trucks. They told us they had gone through the list on the lot to see what could work for what we were looking for. We were there 5 hours waiting for banks to get back to us. In my opinion based on buying three vehicles from them. They are dishonest and they have very poor service department when it comes to getting your vehicle fixed. I would not recommend them even to people I dislike.

We came down after I made it clear I was an hour away and they said they’d work with me on the price and when I get there they tell me the vehicle I was coming to see wasn’t even at the dealer. Then they tell me prices they’ll give me for the vehicle they have and my trade so I tell them later that night I want them to run those numbers for me. Editing my review, I received a new key fob in the mall today for my sales man joe. He did end up going the extra mile and got this more me very happy to have dealt with him.
