The Communication.
When we first started the process we got calls once a week. In the end we only got a few. We took a ding to our credit after choosing to buy points, which ended up not being on our final contract. Our loan officer wasn’t there for signing day. It’s as if we were pushed to the side. I wish we had been part of the process in the end.
Brenda was always available to answer any and all questions. She also called regularly to check and see if I had any issues or questions as I went through the entire home buying process.
