I hired Brennan recently for two big jobs as they consistently demonstrated excellent customer service and workmanship for me at a fair price over the past several years. We had Brennan installed our heat pump a couple of years ago through the Costco program and they did a great job. Recently had the system serviced and had no complaints. I can't say enough good things about Brad Hanson from Brennan Heating and Air. From the moment he arrived, his communication was excellent, and he was an absolute champ with my two big, noisy dogs. We recently had our Thermostat replaced by Brennan Heating & AC. The office worked to get us on the schedule quickly to handle our issue. Caleb Phillips, the technician, was timely, professional and helpful. As the replacement, Lennox S40 Smart Thermostat, was pricey, Caleb helped us minimize the expense. He made sure the new thermostat was working correctly and showed us how to program it and use it. My air conditioner went out on The hottest day last week and I scheduled for Brennan to come out and look at my system. The technician arrived on time, assess the issues quickly and had my unit up and running in less than 30 minutes. Excellent technician, excellent troubleshooting and no extra charges other than the Service call to repair my issues this time. I highly recommend Brennan for all your HVAC needs.
