These guys are the Best!! Nick, the energy consultant came out to discuss solutions for the issues we were concerned about fixing with the new furnace and heat pump...we needed several modifications to our existing duct work. Not only was their price fair but they were here in two days to install! Install crew was professional and curteous and did a nice neat job with installing all the equipment. Very happy with the Lennox brand we purchased. Our house never felt so comfortable. Thank you Brennan!
We went through Costco for a furnace/AC install and Brennan was the contractor they used. We recieved bids from Bob's and another local contractor with Brennan coming in at the middle of the bids but in our opinion, Brennan offered a better grade furnace and AC package so we choose Brennan for our project. Costco gave us a referral to Brennan to replace our hot water heater, and our experience exceeded our expectations. We had a lot of questions, and received prompt, detailed responses - and a follow up with more information after Solomon connected with PSE on our behalf to clarify our specific options. These folks were a class outfit from A-Z. They showed up on time for every stage of the project. They worked with my landscaper to make that happen. They sold me a high end unit for a really great price and had it done in an afternoon. They were so good I had them come back to do the electrical work and they knocked that one over the wall as well. They have me down as a loyal customer for sure.
Brennan replaced our furnace and installed an AC unit a few months ago. The installation was efficient and it only took one day from start to finish. We purchased through Costco and we're very happy. I'm not dreading the few days of hot weather we get in the summer anymore. I recommend Brennan.
Our AC was not working so we had to call for service and it turned out to be a bad condensate pump . They also looked over furnace and said our heat exchanger had a dimple in it too. The repair quote was a few thousand and it didn't make sense to repair our 19 year old furnace & AC unit. I called a few companies including Brennan Heating. I recently had a great experience with Brennan heating that warrants a good review. We were left without heat from hiring another company to install heating to our basement. Having an Infant and toddler bundled up for days, I ended up calling Brennan to see if the boiler I bought from them 2 yrs had issues or if something broke along the way. This is the second time I used Brennan Heating. The reception is very responsive, unlike some other dispatchers, or outsourced phone services. James is very reliable and professional. I assume he is responsible for electric work. My project is Generac backup generator maintenance.
Brennan came out to give me an estimate for heat pump replacement. The estimator quickly recognized that there was not enough vertical clearance for their 57" tall air handler (mine is only 53"); that I would need to get someone else to install. So, I reviewed a couple of other bids I had and guess what--their units were also 57"...but they said nothing about air flow being pinched by inadequate separation from the air duct above.
