Had electrical work done, that was paid for in advance, to add an outlet for my outdoor hot tub. The electrical inspector has come to the house twice, and both times the work failed to pass inspection. Brennan attempted to address the issue after the first failure; however, has been non-responsive since. Would definitely not recommend.

Final price was over twice the amount quoted over the phone and via Yelp messaging. When I explained the situation to the electrician he did make an adjustment, but it was still over twice the quoted amount. Based on the quality of the work that was performed, my rating would have been 5 stars. However, I adjusted the rating to take into account what I believe was a deceptive quote, intentional or not.

Technician was real friendly. Setting up the appointment for the bid was also easy. Never got the bid proposal. I called back to inquire and several days later still don't have a bid. I don't have the luxury to continue waiting unfortunately. So I am moving to another option.

Very disappointed. I reached out to Brennan Electric through the message feature of yelp. I received a response very quickly which was great. Everything went down hill from there. The electrician was scheduled to be on site the 25th. I reached out to the woman that initially responded to my request, and helped me schedule the electrician. I let her know I hadn't heard anything from the electrician. She emailed me back saying the electrician should have emailed an estimate to repair our lights. I was referred to Brennan for some minor electrical work and I was very disappointed in the lack of customer care I received from both the electricial department and electrician. I had to call several times to get my appointment scheduled in the first place. When I finally got an appointment scheduled, I was given a 2 hour window of when the electrician would arrive. Brennan Electric failed to properly diagnosis an electrical issue. The day after its repair, the same problem continued. It took almost 14 weeks before they responded to my questions and requests about the persisting problem. They sent Nathan out, only to be rude, leave, take unnecessary photos of my home, and never diagnosing, not to mention repairing the problem. Reported them to BBB and Brennan continued its poor customer service there.

Pros: Professional Demeanor: All who entered my home were kind, pleasant, non obtrusive and professional even if their manager wasn't there. Problem Solvers: The men were good about doing work arounds due to the nature of the older home. Cons: Timeliness: My 3 day job took seven actually work days over 2 1/2 months with half of my electricity off in my home (due to an issue caused by the work and not agreed to by me).
