Got a quote through Costco and 2 years later they had a promotion so finally decided to instal the A/C and furnace. Steve was quick, professional, and courteous. Everything was explained in detail and I got the exact quote I was gonna pay out of pocket. Installation was done in 1 day, they had a team to install the furnace, another electrician to install the A/C, and a third person that did my duct cleaning. I used Brennan 15 years ago for a new system and I just had it replaced, and the service is just outstanding the quality of the installers and the repairman is top notch. I can't recommend them highly enough outstanding service and quality product.
Just got my duct work for My central heating and air-conditioning unit it was truly amazing I got to see the videos as my guy put the cameras in the scrubber in the duct system he was able to clean the pipes and vacuum out all the mess I couldn't believe how much stuff was in there we were getting horrible allergies and respiratory problems after he did this no problems whatsoever I highly recommend you get your System cleaned I am much healthier for it thank you Brennan heating and cooling but more importantly than that tha... read more

I don't understand the negative reviews but I'm grateful to say we had a great experience with Brennan! We bought a heat pump through them/Costco. Yes the heat pump was expensive. But it was no more expensive than any other company and we did a lot of research. They installed our unit, we're very quick to answer questions and when we hit a snag due to an un-discovered leak, that only presented itself mid project (and was wholly unrelated to the installation), they assisted us in fixing the drywall that needed to be replaced ... read more
Lowest of five bids for furnace and AC replacement in West Seattle. Sales staff provided reasonable options for relocating AC compressor to meet Seattle Noise Code. Assisted by multiple staff members, HVAC installers, and electricians. All were kind, responsive and on time! Even showed up after hours for some immediate fine tuning requirements. New system works great and looks good.
Easy to work with hired them through costco for a water heater. My only issue is make sure you have your address correct for residential they will not work on commerical property. I had to correct them several times about that and even call the city to verify that they could work on my condo.
What an absolute pleasure this process has been so far and a large part of it has to do with Rick. Rick came out to my house twice ! Once due to a mistake with scheduling and the second to get a quote. He answered all of my thousands of questions and walked me through through every step his team would be doing.
