**Update 2** Brennan showed up on time and was quick to identify the issue, which is common among Nest users. Technician was very helpful and completed the work without any issues. Went through the Costco HVAC program at our local Covington, WA warehouse. Setup the appointment, and Ryann S. came out and gave us a comparable quote for A/C and and to replace our currently 10+ year old gas furnace. Didn't try to upsell and was honest about what we really needed. I also had two quotes from other companies (Bob's and AAA), that were not the same value as Brennan. The Costco deal was also giving 10% back with a Costco Cash Card, 2% Costco VISA, and 2% Executive reward, so 14% off. The day of install went we... read more
Costco does not allow for a review posted on their website and Brennan currently holds the contract for HVAC in the Seattle area. Purchased the EL16XC1 A/C paired with the ML180DF furnace. I did have a local Lennox dealer located in Port Orchard, who also submitted a bid for this installation. The bid from the local company was very close to the bid submitted by Brennan but the "salesman" exclaimed that their employees are better payed and thus higher quality workmanship. We called Brennan to repair a gas leak and service a furnace, and they were able to send a technician on the day that I called. We have had ductwork, installation and service done with Brennan and have always been happy with their pricing, customer service and quality of work.
I initially purchased our reverse cycle unit from Brennan Heating a few years back. Every year I have a preventive maintenance done by Brennan and it continues to run well. This year a chap named Andrew did the PM and did it quite well. Had some duct work issues and a crew from Brennan came out and effected repairs expeditiously. Did have some billing issues but Robert and Vicki resolved them and to be fair they were nothing more than communications issues. Well run organization with some great personnel!!

Our furnace pooped out in March and after making calls to several different companies we settled on Brennan. They were able to get a technician out the next day. Shawn took his time and diagnosed a bad ignitor which he was able to replace and the furnace fired up. He was honest and upfront about our furnace and how old it is (25+ yrs) and that we might need to replace it sooner rather than later. Thank you Shawn and Brennan Heating!!

We had a very pleasant experience with Brennan Heating & Air Conditioning. Our consultant, Paul Carter, answered all of our questions to our satisfaction, and we got an awesome deal when we bought the AC & Furnace as a bundle. (Late winter/early spring is the best time to buy the unit(s), because there are all sorts of rebates.)
