Brent Peterson and John Vitto were both thorough and quick to respond to us. Brent would patiently address all the questions I had as a first time home buyer, and was always available even on weekends and past normal business hours. We switched from a traditional bank to Brent and so glad we did! The rate we got was competitive and we actually learned about the full loan process - ins and outs that most companies don’t have time to explain.
