We have worked with Brent and his team multiple times and each time they have made the process simple. The whole team is extremely communicative and accessible. Brent explained the process and outlined our options in layman's terms. Would highly recommend their services.
Brent did an excellent job making the refinancing process easy and stress free. He kept in constant communication with status updates and called to explain the documentation process every step of the way. If only our initial mortgage had been this stress free!

Brent was astounding with his knowledge, experience, communication, expectations and personality. Not much more to say then a 10/10. Considering covid did not give us a chance to meet, Brent made due as best he could without being able to give an in person personal touch.
