I was very impressed with the service I received. While it took longer than I anticipated (my first time refinancing), I was kept informed and ‘in the loop’ every step of the way. And I was always treated courteously , even when my questions were probably redundant. I would definitely recommend to anyone to be a client; Brent and John know what they’re doing and make the process as smooth as possible.
