Very knowledgeable and helpful
I felt like I was not taken seriously. As a gender queer person, I felt disrespected when Brent repeatedly mis-marked forms and refused to fix them. I was treated as secondary despite being the primary earner and down payment provider. A few weeks in, my husband and I agreed that he would do most of the interfacing, as he got more useful responses from Brent. Brent was assisted by John, who was fine.
