Brent was very speedy. So much so that he often answered questions before we finished asking them. Unfortunately that means he often didn't answer the question we asked am instead answered some other one. It was frustrating to notice that he responded to my emails and answered my questions but my wife did not get the same courtesy. I felt like I was not taken seriously. As a gender queer person, I felt disrespected when Brent repeatedly mis-marked forms and refused to fix them. I was treated as secondary despite being the primary earner and down payment provider. A few weeks in, my husband and I agreed that he would do most of the interfacing, as he got more useful responses from Brent. Brent was assisted by John, who was fine.
