Brent and John were easy to work with. They are very Communicative, and are really out to look for your best interests. These guys are the type of team that says what they do, and will do what they say. Seems like in this day to find anyone good is a miracle, this team is like finding gold.

Brent was very speedy. So much so that he often answered questions before we finished asking them. Unfortunately that means he often didn't answer the question we asked am instead answered some other one. It was frustrating to notice that he responded to my emails and answered my questions but my wife did not get the same courtesy. He repeatedly did not listen to how we wanted our demographics represented. 3 or 4 times we asked him too make the same change and everything time he said he would but never did. I felt like I was not taken seriously. As a gender queer person, I felt disrespected when Brent repeatedly mis-marked forms and refused to fix them. I was treated as secondary despite being the primary earner and down payment provider. A few weeks in, my husband and I agreed that he would do most of the interfacing, as he got more useful responses from Brent. Brent was assisted by John, who was fine.
