There are too many things to mention. This was the most important purchase I ever made or ever will and I felt like he gave it the same amount of time and energy as he would have if it were his own. Always, always available for my questions and he made me feel like there were no questions too big or too small. Just like I was his only client. I will highly recommend him and I don’t know how to thank him enough!
Brent and Cheryl helped me from beginning to end to get my first home financing needs. I was very nervous about the whole thing but he was able to put me at ease as we went through the process. I appreciated all the hard work the Van Dyke team put in the get my financing to go through. The documentation was probably the toughest part for me but we able to make it work!
