My mortgage application with Cornerstone was the best experience I've had with the mortgage application process and I've had many. Bret, Allison, and Megan are courtesy, helpful, respectful. honest and responsive. I could not hope for a better group of professionals to work with. Early in the process, they gave us a closing date. We closed our loan on that date.
We will NEVER use another mortgage company. This is hands down the best team to work with. They treated us like family, never got discouraged when we changed jobs in the middle of closing due to moving, always answered our calls or emails and fought for us when a federal department was dropping the ball and we needed to close. I do not know how anyone does not use the Close Team at Cornerstone.
Bret and his team were amazing throughout the entire loan process. Being a first time home buyer I was a nervous wreck. The entire team took the time to thoroughly explain things to me in a way that I could understand. They truly make you feel like you are their only client. The Close Team works efficiently, collaboratively, and timely. I could not have made it through this process without any of them. Everyone deserves this type of home buying process and working with them makes that possible.
