My experience with the Brett Baird team was easy without any problems. I received a great interest rate and the loan processor never asked me for duplicate items. Also, the CCM website is extremely clear and easy to use. I am very happy with the results.

Cross country/Brett Bairds team was phenomenal in helping me through the home buying process. Melanie was great about texting to get things done when I wasn’t able to talk on the phone. She even sat with me while I did a screenshare to get documents needed. They were always pleasant and keeping me included in the process. Things went quickly. Overall they are an awesome team!!
