Team Baird was great to work with! Ericka and Brett worked fast and efficient. This was our first home and we had tons of questions and Ericka had no problem answering them at any time of the day from early in the morning to late at night. They were a pleasure to work with.

Brett Baird and his team made our home purchase a simple and straight forward process. Great communication from the start and throughout the loan process. Their web portal was an easy way to review and sign docs online and keep them in an organized place. Timeline was kept on schedule. Would highly recommend.

We were relocating from out-of -state and made the decision to go with the Baird Team and they were awesome! From the clearcut plan laid out at the beginning to the execution throughout the process, they were flawless!
