Thank you so much CCM for such a wonderful service. It's my first time getting a house here in the US. I thought it's going to be that hard. Contrary to my expectations, CCM is very accommodating and the staff are very friendly that I find it easy to comply all the requirements. Again, thank you very much CCM for a DREAM COME TRUE. Such a beautiful and affordable house I got.

The loan officer missed an important document which lead to unnecessary delays and more expenses to rent my existing home after the buyer closed on time with their lender. The loan officer even blamed me because he requested a closing document 4 weeks in advance, did not receive it, and failed to follow-up until 2 days before closing. The closing fees that LGI offers to pay is not worth the hassle, and I will go with a better known lender with my next purchase.
