This isn't my first rodeo with Brett - and that's for a reason. Incredibly responsive (seemingly at all hours), knows the business better than anyone, realtor's see him as "as good as a cash offer" and besides that having gotten to know him over the years, great guy and good friend. You couldn't find a better option.
