I went to see Dr. Kotlus because I had a lower bleph retraction from a previous surgeon. When I got there, there was zero wait and he came to get me himself. He took his time with me and came up with a detailed treatment plan to help me. I could imagine other surgeons would be quick to put me under the knife again. I just had my final follow up with Dr. Kotlus following my lower blepharoplasty surgery that I had done in November 2023 and WOW my before and after photos blew my mind! Prior to the surgery, I was so self-conscious about looking tired. I wouldn't go outside unless I had layers of concealer under my eyes or wore my glasses. I had a lower face lift and neck lift with Dr Kotlus. I was very scared, but the results are amazing. I look so natural and so not pulled that most people just remark on how good I look but no idea I had surgery. Dr Kotlus is a great surgeon, very very gentle and has a good eye, a very nice person, listens. You will never have to wait to see him, even surgery. I can not recommend him enough.
I had upper eyelid surgery a few years with Dr. Kotlus and this review is long overdue. My eyelid surgery was such a positive experience that my 84 year Mom decided to do the surgery as well.
