Dr. Kotlus is a gem. I have gone to him for both injectables and surgery. With every procedure he listens to what I’d like and shows me what is and isn’t possible. As a result, I feel informed to make the best decisions for myself. This, combined with Dr. Kotlus’s artistry and “bedside manner,” is worthy of tremendous recommendation.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr Kotlus. I ‘m not ready for surgery yet, but went to him for injectables/fillers when he was practicing in Michigan. I just flew out to NYC to see him again because he spoiled me. Two other doctors didn’t even come close to what this doctor does with fillers. He is a true artist and well worth the added-on price of a plane ticket from Michigan. He is personable, professional, and honest in what he can and can’t do for you. I love his work and will definitely be back. HIGHLY recommended!

I saw Dr. Kotlus for injectable about five years ago, in Michigan, before he moved to NYC. I actually flew to his NYC office because he spoiled me god anyone else. He is an artist, and I couldn’t be happier with my results. He is truthful, telling you what he can or cannot achieve with fillers and/or surgery and why. He is personable, professional, and I will be back to see him again. I highly recommend him, and his office staff is lovely as well.

Had my eyes done two yrs now and no more puffy eyes. He is excellent and he’s courteous and he answers your guestions. I would recommend him 100 percent

Went to Dr Kotlus after having filler with a different Dr that resulted in a slight bag under one eye and no overall improvemt in the area. Dr Kotlus corrected the problem and gave me the results I was hoping to achieve in the area. Dr Kotlus is a rare find in a sea of Dr’s that always seem to be looking to sell you on doing more then you walked in looking to do. Dr Kotlus immediately made me feel comfortable and confident that this time I had selected the right Dr....love my results and will return.

I had an okay experience with Dr. Kotlus. He is skilled in his field and seems like a generally well-intentioned guy. I think he's a better choice than most other surgeons in New York, where everyone is heavily motivated by egotism and money. But remember that it's always a gamble when you opt to have cosmetic treatments or surgery. Your job is to find someone who seems like a good bet, in a profession that is not known for its high moral standards. In consideration of this, I would recommend him. Had a great experience. He listened carefully and gave me lots of time. He did not try and make me have more than I wanted or to focus on anything I hadn't mentioned. The work was great and I love how I look. I've already sent a friend and will definitely go back. Really nice guy too.
