Dr. Kotlus is a very skilled oculoplastic surgeon with an eye for aesthetics and balance. He performed cannula eye lift on me in November last year and I was very pleased with the results. He made me feel comfortable and at ease before the procedure. Today, I went back to see him again to add a little more filler in the undereye and upper cheek area to even out the shadows.
