As i first time home buyer, Brian made it very easy and less stressful than we could have ever imagined. Brian took our calls whether it was 8 am or 10 pm. Brian walked us through the whole process. On Q Financial really did simplify the process. the level of communication between everyone involved was excellent. we had a few scares during the process but Brian was there every step of the way to help calm us down. he comes very highly recommended.

As first time home buyers we really needed someone to walk us through the whole process. Brian and On Q met these needs for us. He constantly went the extra mile. We hit a snag with insurance companies due to the hurricane and it looked like we might not close on time. Brian buckled down and made it happen anyway. Also, On Q has a great user friendly app that I really liked that allows you to submit files and documents with ease. We are so thankful to Brian and On Q!

Brian always answered my one million questions and really helped me to relax at the end. Hurricane Florence almost got in the way of our closing date but he and the team really worked hard for us and got it together and made it happen! I’m so thankful and would recommend OnQ to all my friends!

He worked hard to get out payments where we wanted and the numbers were still slightly off, that is the only issue we encountered was receiving numbers lower than the actual numbers, giving higher numbers would've been a better route instead of disappointing us in the end. I realize all the numbers aren't on him, but we shouldn't be paying more than the original quote.
