Brian Eddy was the same person who helped us when we bought our house in 2016. Prompt, efficient and thorough. I contacted a several different loan officers that I know and I’m still waiting for them to return my call. I sent a simple text to Dawn and within 2 minutes had a reply of “let’s do this!” She immediately sent me a list of what I could get started on and contacted Brian, who called me the next day (it was late!). Alicia was on top of everything and the entire process went very smooth. We closed exactly when I was told to close. Highly recommend!
