Everything went well and we got a great rate. I'm self employed and my wife had an incorrect entry on her credit report. Once we got it fixed, Brian was able to pull a new credit report within a day to give us the best rate possible.
Brian Fletcher and his staff have always done a great job in handling any mortgage lending requests. The process goes smooth, and we are always kept well informed. Unlike lenders I have used in the past who seem to "lose" the paperwork requested and would have to keep resubmitting it several times, we were never asked for anything twice (other than updates). The closing progress was smooth and convenient for us. I would recommend this lender to anyone. Thumbs up!!
Brian from Evolve was great in working through a relatively complicated deal. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and always available. Without his assistance we would not have been able to purchase the home we wanted. When we needed something he responded quickly.
