Brian was extremely helpful during the purchase of home. We changed many of the basics of the loan and he was right on top of it all the way through the process. We had a tight closing time frame and he made sure that everything was followed up on and we closed right on time with no issues. I would highly recommend Brian for any financing need.

I did pre-qualification through Brian at the beginning of our house hunting almost 3 months ago. Throughout the whole process, Brian is patient, knowledgeable, efficient, and responds very quickly including weekends. We offered on at least 3 properties. Brian provided property specific pre-qual letters at different offer prices, priced out different loan scenarios, and talked to agents to help seal the deal.
