I really didn’t expect to see my lender at the closing. I figured it’ll just be the title company. But he was there and super helpful with questions we had and made sure he took care of us. You need to be able to trust your lender and with Brian and Evolve Bank & Trust I had that trust-and that’s rare. I still call him and when I sell or buy again-Brian’s the first one I’ll call.
