Experience, knowledge, products... Brian gets the job done, efficiently!The only issue we had was that as time neared closing, Brian tended to get busy with other customers. Next time we'd prefer a mid month closing target than at end when everyone else and their brother insists on closing deal.

Brian was very knowledgeable about the mortgage process, including having an excellent understanding of unique variables affecting my mortgage situation. He was very customer oriented...he picked up documents from my home on a Saturday morning for my convenience.

Brian was very knowledgeable and stayed in-touch throughout the entire loan process, including being present on the day of closing. He provided outside the box solutions that fit our needs and enabled us to purchase a new home. We don't think this have been possible without his persistence and industry knowledge. Awesome! We were new homeowners and he walked us through the whole process and answered all questions we had. Now that we own the home he still answers questions if we call him. Brian was great!
