Brian Hamm was always willing to help with questions and problems. With my problem of not having access to a secure WiFi, he worked around that issue and got documents printed out for me and also got me access to the KBHOME computer system. My hotel has an open WiFi system, causing me great distress when working with loan questions about accounts, etc. He’s a very positive person which helps a lot during a busy and nerve racking time. Thanks to him and the KBHOME staff!
