I did not want my credit report ran (until at least a few more days) and he ran it despite my request for it not to be ran. It would be important to listen to clients.
Brian was a pleasure to work with as he kept us informed for each step of the loan process. He is very knowledgeable of the programs available and did not hesitate to help us in the rate lock as interests were pressured to go up. Thanks Brian for all your help!
