Brian (as well as the rest of his team) were very fast and thorough in their communications. When I had questions via email, they were often answered within minutes. If an explanation was beyond what could be conveyed in an email, they would call me quickly. It genuinely felt like they (Brian and his team) had my best interests at heart.

Brian gave great customer service! They have a good team on staff that responds quickly and timely. Even worked and helped me on a weekend so I can make an offer on a house I really wanted. I had no problems dealing with this company. Everything was done on the phone and online which made it easier for busy and working people.

Brain's help in getting the overall process of getting my home refinanced is very smooth. He is great at communicating the process and progress of loan at each and every step. He is also very clear in explaining how the process goes and always responds to your emails, calls or questions very fast. I would definitely seek his services in future when needed.
