Brian gave great customer service! They have a good team on staff that responds quickly and timely. Even worked and helped me on a weekend so I can make an offer on a house I really wanted. I had no problems dealing with this company. Everything was done on the phone and online which made it easier for busy and working people.

Brain's help in getting the overall process of getting my home refinanced is very smooth. He is great at communicating the process and progress of loan at each and every step. He is also very clear in explaining how the process goes and always responds to your emails, calls or questions very fast. I would definitely seek his services in future when needed.

I found our experience with Brian Kersting to be exceptional. As many questions that I had he immediately answered and to our satisfaction. Brian is asset and a credit to his profession. I had a good review about academy mortgage and in spite of other companies contacting us I am glad that we stayed with Brian and academy mortgage. This is the second time I have gone through Academy Mortgage and the experience was just as smooth as the first one. I worked with Brian Kersting who was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Had a very good experience with Academy. Brian was very quick to respond to any of my calls or emails. Maintained very good communication lines. Also, I felt he did well to walk the line between making sure I knew all my options for re-finance without coming across as pushy or overly prompting. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

Academy Mortgage has helped me with two refinances and both times they were excellent. I would recommend them to anyone. This last time the case was handled by Brian Kersting - I was very impressed with his responsiveness, professionalism, and thoroughness. Chad Melin and his team rock. If you go with any other company you are making a bad decision.
