Brian gave great customer service! They have a good team on staff that responds quickly and timely. Even worked and helped me on a weekend so I can make an offer on a house I really wanted. Brain's help in getting the overall process of getting my home refinanced is very smooth. He is great at communicating the process and progress of loan at each and every step. He is also very clear in explaining how the process goes and always responds to your emails, calls or questions very fast. I would definitely seek his services in future when needed.

Had a very good experience with Academy. Brian was very quick to respond to any of my calls or emails. Maintained very good communication lines. Also, I felt he did well to walk the line between making sure I knew all my options for re-finance without coming across as pushy or overly prompting. All in all, a very pleasant experience.
