Brian and his team are willing to bend over backwards in order to help their clients. We had to close very quickly on our home in order to be able to move in before our rent-back ended. Our escrow only took about two weeks! They put in over-time and weekend hours in order to make it happen, and we’re so grateful for them. My experience with Brian at Waterstone Mortgage was nothing short of wonderful. I was in a tricky situation, having recently moved across country and relocated a small business. But despite that Brain was able to get me a pre-approval suited to my special case. As a new homebuyer he was very patient, transparent and thorough in explaining everything to me and I'm so grateful to him.
