Mr. Brian Thomson is highly professional, detailed in his presentations and very cooperative in my dealings with him. A great loan officer and a very knowledgeable person to work with!
Brian was great at communicating and keeping me up to date on the process of my mortgage. I think he did great, but sometimes I felt he wasn't looking at all options available for me but mostly for the seller. In the end, he did a fantastic job, he was able to match the offers I had received from other lenders and we closed the transaction smoothly.

Just communication. There were times when multiple emails were sent with no response. However, overall the experience was good.
Brian and his team were kind and helped guide us through the entire process and answered questions quickly and throughly.
We were having a lot of problems trying to communicate with Joann. Brian stepped in on several occasions to either explain or follow up with accurate information that resolved the issues. Brian is knowledgeable and a great communicator!
Brian made sure to communicate throughout the whole homebuying process as well as loan documentation required. It was very very efficient and submitting all documentation. Brian also went out of his way to our closing date to make sure everything was a line in situated to have a seamless process. I would highly recommend Brian to anybody who’s looking to buy a house or obtain a loan KBHS.
