Constant communication and if he was busy when I called then he would give me a call back as soon as he could
Zero issues. Very clear close process. Simple
I feel communication could have been better. There were many times I requested information on specific costs, updates on information and requested updated spreadsheets. During many of these times I was informed I would be sent numbers the that day but would receive nothing. There was even a time that I massive change from $700 (on our pervious spreadsheets) to $7000 in closing cost, was made to one of my closing cost worksheets and though I had a phone conversation with Mr. Brian about my home cost going down, it was not men... read more
