Brian was the bridge to all and when things didn't go the way we felt or KB site stated it should, Brian cleared things up. He also kept us informed in all phases and when we were worried he reassured us to not worry. I would not have stayed with this had he not been a part of the process.

Great loan processing
Brian was excellent. But the underwriters and other people working with him were very slow. There was multiple times I was asked to send documentation that I apparently hadn’t provided when I in fact had. Some of those ended up being my fault assuming what they asked for was something I sent in already when it was actually different, but was not explained well to me at all.
