Brickstone Villas is very focused on their tenants, by the second time I went into the office they knew me by name. This apartment really knows how to boost up their community.
The absolute best place to live. I have lived here for about 4 years now. The staff is exceptional and the grounds are well kept. They go above and beyond everyday for residents. Visitors always comment on the quiet complex and cleanliness. Brickstone Villas is always my first suggestion when people are searching for an apartment home!
Apartments and grounds are kept up nicely. Staff are friendly and help with any issues you might have. There is a reason you have to wait for an apartment to come available. Come check it out!!

Absolutely love here at Brickstone. The staff are amazing and go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and a part of the community. The residents here are amazing. I took my daughter trick or treating and they were more than happy to open up and give a little candy and it made her feel so welcomed especially since it was her first time trick or treating since we moved here from Ireland. Thank you all so much and i look forward to remaining a part of this community for the foreseeable future!!

The people that work for Brickstone are the absolute best and make living here so enjoyable! They are always going out of their way to make sure you are doing well and put on community events monthly! Maintenance is also amazing and speedy- they will always wave hi whenever I see them around the complex. It’s been a pleasure living here.

After 5 years in Lubbock of apartment living, I’ve found the best! The rent is more than reasonable, neighbors are amazing, maintenance is always responsive and the office staff is always going above and beyond for their residents! It’ll be a sad day when we move away but I can only wish that I find this place sooner.
