RecommendedThe office staff are the absolute best. Always greeted with a smile and ask if there is anything (other than what I went to office for) they could do for me. Could not ask for a better team to take care of tenants and property.
Couldn’t be happier at Brickstone! The office staff are always so friendly and helpful, and they keep everything running smoothly. Maintenance is always super fast if we need help, landscaping is kept up, and I even saw someone repainting a scuffed door the other day! The management here goes far above and beyond any other apartments I’ve lived at. Great location, great maintenance, great parking, friendly staff. What more could you ask for?
My dog and I have enjoyed living at Brickstone Villas every second that we’ve been here! Every member of the staff-maintenance and office, has been friendly and attentive. We love the quiet location of Brickstone Villas, that is still very close to all the Lubbock attractions that we frequent.
I’ve absolutely loved living at Brickstone. Staff is incredible! They made the leasing process very easy and they care about their residents! They always have fun things going on at the leasing office and make the residents feel included and loved.
This is by far the best apartment complex experience I've ever had. The office staff is friendly, helpful, and will go out of your way to make sure everything is going smoothly. Maintenance is quick to respond, and any issue I've had was taking care of almost instantly. I'm sad to move out, but I highly recommend this place for anyone moving to Lubbock.
Brickstone is nothing less than perfect! The WHOLE staff will always go the extra mile to help in any way they can! Thank you Brickstone for making my apartment living more than I could ever ask for! If you are ever in need of an apartment in Lubbock, this is the place to be!
Basically the staff listens to you and don't dick you over. A lot of apartments in Dallas could learn something from them.
