RecommendedBrickstone Villas has been a great "first" home on my own. All of the staff are kind and hard working. They have always been on top of things and do their very best to assist you anyway they can. The apartments themselves are great quality and all have a home feel to them. Also, they are in a great location! You aren't right in the middle of town, so you don't hear traffic noise throughout the day or at night! #brickstonevillasarethebest
Way better than other landlords I have had in the past (not in Lubbock). Rent may be a little high, but the nice apartment, weight room, friendly staff, and pool/patio definitely make up the difference. I'd certainly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to live.
This is my first time living in an apartment and living alone. Brickstone Villas has made it a great experience! It's quiet, close to work, and everyone in the office is super friendly! I love having a fenced in area for my dog to be able to get some outside time :)
I love Brickstone! By far my favorite community to ever live in, the staff is amazing, so helpful and kind! They are constantly making improvements to the property, and everything is so well taken care of. I've been really pleased with the complex, they pay great attention to detail and it shows. From the cleanliness of the pool, the decor of the club house, down to the landscaping, everything is very appealing.
My fiancé and I have lived at Brickstone Villas for 7 months now, and absolutely love it. Would recommend this complex to any college students looking for a well maintained property, and a friendly staff.
Great staff, great pool and great apartment community!
I have nothing negative to say. This is only the second apartment I've lived in and at first I was dreading it, my first experience was anything but great. Amanda and all the staff here have been friendly, and quick to respond if an issue comes up.
