Mark Brideau was at my door to sell me his service the Summer I moved into my new house. The prior owners had recommended another oil service. I decided on Brideau; he was polite, offered a price limit, technically savvy, and his good character was evident. It turned out that each of the other Brideau staff I have dealt with - delivery, office manager, furnace technician - are just as professional and reasonable. So, I'm not "giving" them five stars: they've earned it.
My old oil company retired and Brideau took over for them. Ive had no issues at all and the delivery drivers are super sweet. My 5 year old son loves when they come to deliver and they are great with him, taking time to show him the truck and how to fill the oil tank! I've had technical issues before and they were there right away!
Brideau Energy provides the best service out of any oil/propane providers in the area! Their prices cannot be beat and their service is top-notch. They always make you feel like you're their #1 priority. We are glad we made the switch and are customers for life!
