Brideau Energy not take responsibility for damages! We hired them to winterize our home. They clearly neglected to add enough antifreeze to our Zone 2 which resulted in our pipes bursting in 7 places on our 2nd floor causing thousands of dollars in damage (the pipes were in excellent condition). They claimed 'cause unknown'. I would not recommend this company and will do whatever I can to make this fact known to others. Shame on you Brideau!!! Purchased my home 8/2020. Brideau came to service my water heater and inspect oil tank. Left their Brideau tag on the system with their work performed contact info. We used Brideau for a while for our oil deliveries. Like everyone else during the pandemic prices were rising. I was shopping around to get the best reasonable prices. I was referred by an assoc to use **********.com bc of their prices. (A sister company so to speak) Brideau trucks/ drivers employed by them delivers that oil. So where do I begin; we use them for our oil and have had zero issues. We chose to go with them for our new A/C and that was the first mistake. We got a quote from them and it looked good and competitivewith other quotes.The salesman (*****) told us since we have 2 units it would be 3 days and an extra guy so that's why it was a bit higher since they need the extra help to get the unit in the attic.The first day arrived then sent 2 guys who pulled out both A/C units, unpacked the new ones and then left saying they would be b... read more

Brideau installed 2 gas furnaces for our duplex within the last 2 years. The condensate pump started leaking. We called them for service. They said they no longer handle gas furnaces and refused to come over. We were shocked. My husband asked the woman in customer service to speak with the owner, but he refused to speak with us. I wish I could've given them ZERO stars.
