Over the years, access to our oil fill has gotten more difficult as my wife's flower gardens expanded and shrubs got bigger. I've seen drivers shake their heads at the landscaping, but still drag hose in such a way as to do no damage. I appreciate that they go the extra mile.
Always courteous when I call. They are willing to help after services, well prices and work is done in a timely manner.

Brideau Energy not take responsibility for damages! We hired them to winterize our home. They clearly neglected to add enough antifreeze to our Zone 2 which resulted in our pipes bursting in 7 places on our 2nd floor causing thousands of dollars in damage (the pipes were in excellent condition). They claimed 'cause unknown'. I would not recommend this company and will do whatever I can to make this fact known to others. Shame on you Brideau!!!
Business response:
It was determined by the Insurance companies involved that due to the fact that the property was unattended for the winter that the cause could not be determined. The anti-freeze was properly added to the heating system in August, but this does not guarantee that conditions will not change. Brideau Energy does not recommend any residence be left unattended in the winter months.
