Over the years, access to our oil fill has gotten more difficult as my wife's flower gardens expanded and shrubs got bigger. I've seen drivers shake their heads at the landscaping, but still drag hose in such a way as to do no damage. I appreciate that they go the extra mile.

Requested an Energy Efficient Boiler Replacement, that qualified for the 2025 Tax Break, had it installed EARLY, to make sure we qualified, only to find out that the new boiler that was installed was NOT rated at 87% and therefore it did not qualify for the incentive rebate. The one that was installed was rated at 86.5%. We had several conversations with Brideau personnel about the boiler and the rebate and were never told that the one installed didn't qualify for the rebate.
