I was passing through Fort Scott, Kansas and my 2013 Toyota Highlander was making a strange noise. I determined the rubbing noise was coming from my rear driver's side wheel area. The rubbing noise would speed up when the vehicle accelerated and slow down when the vehicle decelerated. I had a 2.5 hour drive ahead of me, and I was uneasy about continuing on with my journey with this unidentified noise. Jay the service advisor listened and did exactly what was ask on my 2011 Camry. The techs that worked on this car were top notch and knew exactly what I wanted done can’t thank them enough! Excellent. Everyone at this dealership was super helpful and friendly. I will be back thanks guys 💪 also Eric in parts hats off to you as well!

This was my first really great experience buying a vehicle from a dealership. Nic was fantastic to work with and was upfront with me from the start. Grant did a great job outlining the extended warranty options and explaining their value. Aaron was Joe helpful in going through the various car features and making sure we were hooked up correctly with the Toyota App and Apple car play. Overall it was truly top notch from start to finish. I will be coming back again when my wife is ready for her next vehicle!
