The only bad thing about the service is I'm a person who don't like to wait. But the mechanic has to have to time to do a good job. So it's a glitch on my end. Feel the same way in a doctor's office.

Very easy to schedule in - had to change the service date at the last minute and they were very accommodating. It was a drop off service call so I didn't wait, but they called back in about an hour that the job was completed.

The manager in charge (Jess) was very courteous and explained everything we needed done. Work was done as needed, my car was still clean when finished (some dealers leaves a worked on smell).lol. The waiting room was a nice area to get a drink and relax for a bit.
