My transmission went out five months after buying my suburban from Louisburg Ford Dave Kemp he advised me theres nothing he could do to help me so I called Briggs a Fort Scott a Kansas and they hooked me up with a new transmission fast efficient work friendly staff I really appreciate their help

The did not reset my computer to stop giving me maintence read out. When I told them about it, they show me how to do it myself next time.

Briggs did a great job. I had tires rotated, oil change with filters, and rear windshield wiper replaced. The work was done in a timely manner as I waited!

Customer service representative chastise my wife forr being late. When she showed them her appointment book. They relented, without further comment. When I rturrn home from that aftenoon. I saw where the hood cover had not been fully secured. The lack of "ATTENTION TO DETAILS" in completing the final act in servicing the car was disturbing. Since I have not seen aany warning lights. I must assume the rest of service perform was done correctly. Less than satisfied.
