It was the third oil and tire rotation. My return of the locking lug nut key, I had to look and make sure it was not in the jeep before I went back in and asked for the lug nut key. This was the second of three visits that I've had to ask for the lug nut key. I've not ever received any paperwork telling me what was checked or done nor was I told. So I have no idea if the window wash or break fluids were checked. I have filled the window wash my self.

Last time I was serviced, I was told that my car's brakes were getting thin and would need replacing within several months. This time (6,000 miles later), no mention of brake wear or any recommendation thereof but was told that the lug nuts should be replaced (tires were being rotated). That's a new one on me!
